Roasted Chicken and Vegetable Ravioli
This ravioli features a local Parmesan Cheese (Parmigiano Australiano). This organic cheese produced from Victorian biodynamic milk has a, sweet, lingering flavour that is an integral part of our production. Cheese maker Steve Interlandia learnt the craft from his father John who was making parmesan as far back as 1958.
Traditionally, these ravioli could be served with a delicate tomato and basil sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.
For a fresher version, serve them with a generous amount of Pasta Emilia Pesto and finish your plate with freshly chopped Italian parsley.
Cooking time: 5 - 7 minutes
