Kale (Brassica Oleracea) is a wintry, leafy green widely used in culinary experiences for its nutritious value. Ours are mostly grown and collected lovingly by Lesley, Quinten and their team at Kurrawong Organic farms just over the Blue Mountains in NSW.
For a traditional and easy option, simply toss these tortelli with a fresh and tasty Pasta Emilia Pesto Sauce.
For an elegant and innovative combination, finish them in the pan with melted, savoury gorgonzola and toasted walnuts.
