This rich sauce combines earthy porcini mushrooms with biodynamic full cream.
The pinnacle of regenerative farming is Rudolf Stiener’s Biodynamic agriculture program. Brothers Rob and Dan Watson, of Mungalli Creek Dairy, began this program when they took over the family farm in the 1980s. Their sensational Cream has been an essential ingredients at Pasta Emilia for over ten years.
Certified Organic Ingredients: Porcini, Onion, Wine, Cream, Olive Oil, Spices
Preparation Instructions: Stir through your favourite Pasta Emilia pasta shape. For an extra touch simply add anchovies, salty cheese or Pasta Emilia chilli oil on top.
