Truffle Degustation

When we come back from Covid Safe dining restrictions - Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy some of the best Australian truffles in our Osteria and to pick up fresh truffles in our Cantina during the season

With daily specials and a new degustation menu starting every Tuesday, we will be bringing to your table the latest and freshest examples, from the smoky truffles of Braidwood NSW to the pungent cheesy truffles of Manjimup WA.

Please make sure you leave a note that you would like to book for the Truffle Degustation when making a reservation. A 10% deposit is also required when confirming your reservation.

ANTIPASTO / ENTRÉE

Zuppa di porri e patate con tartufo e cavolo nero croccante (NSW)

(Leek and potato soup with fresh truffle and crispy kale)

Focaccia alle erbettte con salame e burro tartufato (WA)

(House made focaccia with herbs, salame and truffle butter)

Risotto Organico Vialone nano al pesce con Moreton bay bugs e salsa verde

(Vialone nano organic risotto with Moreton bay bugs and drops of greens)

Tortelli al taleggio con cavolfiore al forno e tartufo fresco (VIC)

(Taleggio tortelli with cauliflower and fresh truffle)

 

SECONDI / MAIN

Cotechino su pure di patate con Jerusalem artichokes e  tartufo

(Traditional emilian cotechino with potato pure, jerusalem artichokes and fresh truffle)

Sformatino di zucca su fonduta di formaggio al tartufo

(Pumpkin suffle with cheese fondue and fresh truffle)

Involtini di Prosciutto e Cavolfiore al Parmigiano e  Tartufo (WA)

(Prosciutto rolled with Cauliflowers, Parmesan and Truffle )

Zuppa Imperiale al Tartufo fresco (NSW)

(Emilian Imperial soup with Parmesan , Nutmeg and fresh Truffle)

Tagliatelle di farro con ragu di anatra e tartufo (VIC)

(Spelt tagliatelle with duck ragu and fresh black truffle)

Guancialini Brasati con polenta Bianca al tartufo

(Braised Beef Cheekson White Truffled Polenta )

Polpettina di pesce al tartufo servita sul Radicchio  (WA)

(Fish Ball with truffle served on Radicchio )

Lasagne verdi con crema di parmigiano e tartufo fresco (NSW)

(Spinach lasagne with parmesan’s cream and fresh black truffle)

Risotto con  Gamberetti , Zucchini e tartufo

Agnello organico al miele con pure di cavolfiore e tartufo fresco (WA)

(Organic lamb  roasted with honey and served with cauliflower pure and fresh black truffle )

Torta di patate e Carciofi su fonduta di formaggio al tartufo

(Potato and Artichokes Pie with cheese fondue and fresh truffle)

Insalatina di funghi freschi, con Verza  e Formaggio tartufato (NSW)

(Margin Mashroom Salad, Cabbage and truffled Cheese)

Salame di Cinghiale servito con burro al tartufo nero (WA)

(Venison salame served with black truffle butter)

 

PRIMI / PASTE

Tortelli di anatra e zucca al tartufo fresco (NSW)

(Duck and Pumpkin ravioli with  fresh truffle)

Cannelloni di Ricotta, Gorgonzola e Ortiche al tartufo nero (VIC)

(Cannelloni filled with Blue cheese, ricotta and Nettles with fresh black truffle)

Coniglio al forno servito con patate tartufate

(Baked rabbit with truffle potatoes)

OR

Sformatino di ricotta su pure di barbabietola gialla, crema di spinacci al tartufo

(Ricotta suffle with golden beetroot pure’, cream of spinach and fresh truffle)

Pere cotte al Gutturnio con mascarpone tartufato (TAS)
