Enjoy our traditional hands-on pasta making workshop.

An amazing journey through the secrets of Italian traditional pasta making using the best local organic ingredients, traditional techniques, and tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta from scratch.

Learn the secrets of pasta flour mixes, enjoy creating your own pasta dough, and try to stretch the finest pasta sheets to produce different types of filled and plain pasta.

From filled puffy ravioli, to small and yummy cappelletti, long linguine, and twisted strozzapreti, you will see and produce a wide selection of the different shapes and sizes of traditional fresh pasta.

At the end of the class you will enjoy a meal that includes some of your own creations:

  • Mixed organic leaf salad or seasonal vegetables

  • ‘Primi’ course of two pastas

  • A complementary glass of organic wine

And a take home pack including a recipe card and some of our certified organic fresh pasta.

Starting time: 10.30 am

Around 2.5 hours duration for the whole experience.

What to bring: Home cooking stories, a few food jokes, and your favourite apron (or disposable aprons will be provided)

Appropriate for: No previous cooking experience required!

Our class is done with vegetarian traditional ingredients. If you have any dietary requirements just let us know in advance and it will be accommodated.
