Our private cooking classes are a unique experience to bond your team and entertain your customers. Book a corporate class at Pasta Emilia for a great team building activity and learn the fine art of Italian cooking.


About the Class:
Guests are encouraged to learn and create in a hands-on pasta making experience in our restaurant group event private space. These interactive classes offer techniques for making fresh pasta. Guests will practice mixing dough, explore making pasta; with a hand-cranked pasta machine as well as shaping and filling delicious pastas including fettucine, pappardelle, ravioli, tortelli and cappelletti.

At the end of class, participants will sit down to our tasting menu prepared by the class and Osteria Emilia chef, including:

  • Traditional antipasti course

  • A selection of organic homemade pasta (some prepared in class)

  • Seasonal Organic mixed salad

  • House made traditional dessert platters to share

  • A glass of sparkling wine on arrival

  • All our pastas are vegetarian

Option 1: Add Secondi select fish or meat (main course) for $30pp (in share platters)

Option 2: Add take home sample bag from Pasta Emilia including fresh pasta and a sauce as well as recipe booklet in take home pack. Cost $35pp

What to bring: Home cooking stories, a few food jokes and your favourite apron (or disposable aprons will be provided)

Appropriate for: No previous cooking experience required!

Around 3 hours duration for the whole experience.
