Enjoy our traditional hands-on Gnocchi making workshop.
An amazing journey through the secrets of Italian traditional Gnocchi making art. Learn how to make real Italian gnocchi using the best ingredients, traditional techniques, and the best tips to prepare your gnocchi from scratch.
Make soft and tender potato pillows which will melt in your mouth with three exceptional sauces:
The perfect and delicate tomato sauce
The true Italian pesto sauce
The decadent gorgonzola and walnuts cream
At the end of the class you will enjoy a full lunch menu featuring:
· A mixed organic vegetable salad
· Three types of gnocchi
· A complementary glass of organic wine
Starting time: 10.30 am
Around 2.5 hours duration for the whole experience.
What to bring: Home cooking stories, a few food jokes, and your favourite apron (or disposable aprons will be provided)
Appropriate for: No previous cooking experience required!
Our class is done with vegetarian traditional ingredients. If you have any dietary requirements just let us know in advance, and it will be accommodated.
