Cooking Instructions:
This pasta’s traditional sauce is a drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil or melted butter with a few fresh sage leaves and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese or a tomato and basil sauce. For an extra twist serve them with Pasta Emilia’s spicy and tasty Arrabiata Sauce made of fresh tomato and chilli.

Cooking time: 5 - 7 minutes.
