Cooking Instructions:
This ravioli can be served in a rich broth made of meat or vegetables with just a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top or with a good Pasta Emilia sauce such as tomato or  slow cooked beef ragu. For a special treat, toss them in a pan with double cream, parmesan cheese and a dash of nutmeg.

Cooking time: 5 - 7 minutes.
