Cooking Instructions:
Cheese Anolini is traditionally served in a broth at ceremonial events like birthdays and Easter. It also serves well in our pesto sauce with some wild cut rocket and extra parmesan to freshen it up for summer. Also delicious with sauces such as a Pasta Emilia Tomato & Basil sauce or a slow cooked Pasta Emilia Vegetable Ragu. For a special treat, toss the in a pan with double cream and parmesan cheese.
