Cooking instructions:

A traditional sauce could be a fresh Pasta Emilia Tomato Sauce with a sprinkle of pecorino. For an especially tasty combination toss tortelli in a pan with a savoury, creamy cheese sauce and finish with a crumble of pan-fried sausage meat on top.

Cooking time: 5 - 7 minutes.
