Cooking Instructions:

Traditionally these tortelli are served with a delicate walnut and cream sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top. For a fresher version, serve them with a generous amount of Pasta Emilia Salsa Verde and finish your plate with freshly chopped peppery rocket.
