Antipasti – Entrée :

Tortino di tartufo nero, verza e cipolle bianche

Black truffle, green cabbage and white onion flan           

Salame d’anatra, focaccia e burro tartufato

Duck salame, home-made focaccia and truffle butter

Primi – First course

Passatelle in brodo di anatra

Parmesan and yolk pasta in duck broth

Mezzelune con patate viola , tartufo,  crema di stracchino e timo

Half-moon shaped pasta filled with midnight potatoes truffle on stracchino soft cheese and thyme sauce

Secondi - Main course

Coscia di anatra ai porcini con cachi e patate a forno

Roasted duck with porcini, persimmon and roasted potatoes

OR

Terrina di polenta, verdure e fonduta al tartufo

Terrine of polenta and vegetables with cheese fondue and truffle

DOLCE – DESSERT:

Torta di castagne e mandorle con salsa al caramello

Almond and chestnut cake with caramel sauce
