Starting with an introduction of the Australian Truffle season Anna will discuss her favorite places to source the best tastes of the season and ways to judge for yourself how to select truffles that you will enjoy most.

The Menu on the day will be focused on a celebration of Australian Truffles looking into the ways it can be featured in our cooking.

Starting with a delectable Crostini with truffle butter antipasti and moving on to preparing your favorite fresh pasta and sauce ready to receive finely shaved truffle softly falling onto the plate at the table. Finally preparing our famous Truffle Cream sauce that has been one of our most popular applications of this magical ingredient.
