We will have daily specials and a new degustation menu starting every Tuesday bringing to your table the latest and freshest examples, from the smoky truffles of Braidwood NSW to the pungent cheesy truffles of Manjimup WA.

MENU WEEK 1 - starting Tuesday 3rd

 

ANTIPASTO – ENTRÉE

Zuppa di porri e patate con tartufo e cavolo nero croccante (NSW)

(Leek and potato soup with fresh truffle and crispy kale)

Focaccia alle erbettte con salame e burro tartufato (WA)

(House made focaccia with herbs, salame and truffle butter)

 

PASTE

Risotto Organico Vialone nano al pesce con Moreton bay bugs e salsa verde

(Vialone nano organic risotto with Moreton bay bugs and drops of greens)

Tortelli al taleggio con cavolfiore al forno e tartufo fresco (VIC)

(Taleggio tortelli with cauliflower and fresh truffle)

 

MAIN

Cotechino su pure di patate con Jerusalem artichokes e  tartufo

(Traditional emilian cotechino with potato pure, jerusalem artichokes and fresh truffle)

Sformatino di zucca su fonduta di formaggio al tartufo

(Pumpkin suffle with cheese fondue and fresh truffle)

 

DESSERT

Semifreddo alla vaniglia e tartufo con croccante alle mandorla (TAS)

MENU WEEK 2 - Tuesday 10th

Insalatina di sedano rapa, tartufo e petto d’anatra affumicato
Celeriac salad with shaved truffles and smoked duck breast
Polenta fritta, caprino e tartufo
Fried polenta, goat cheese and shaved truffle

Anolini parmigiano e tartufo in brodo d’anatra
Parmesan and truffle Anolini in duck broth
Risotto con topinambur, taleggio e tartufo
Jerusalem artichokes, taleggio cheese and truffle risotto

Sformato di stoccafisso e polenta al tartufo nero
Stockfish flan with black truffle polenta

Tortino di pere, cioccolato e amaretti con gelato al tartufo
Pear, chocolate and amaretti tart with truffle icecream

 

MENU WEEK 3 - Tuesday 17

Patè d’anatra con gelatina di mela cotogna, tartufo fresco e pane alle noci
Duck liver patè with quince jelly, shaved fresh truffle and walnut bread
Frittata di uova, funghi, parmigiano ed erbette al tartufo
Mushrooms, Parmesan, eggs and herbs frittata with shaved fresh truffle

Cappellettoni di merluzzo, patate e tartufo con salsa di polenta e verza
Cappellettoni filled with cod, potatoes and truffle with polenta and cabbage cream sauce
Tagliolini di farro al burro, tartufo e tuorlo d’uovo
Spelt tagliolini with butter, egg yolk and fresh saved truffle

Confit d’anatra con patate farcite al tuorlo e fonduta al tartufo
Duck confit served with potato filled with egg yolk and truffle fondue

Bonet di cioccolato e amaretti con crema di caramello e fragole
Chocolate and amaretti pudding with caramel sauce and strawberries

Gnocchi ripieni di toma e tartufo al burro e salvia
Gnocchi filled with toma cheese and truffle served with butter and sage
Risotto d’orzo in crema di cavolfiore e tartufo
Barley risotto with cauliflower cream and shaved truffle

Quaglie in pancetta su polenta bianca tartufata
Quails wrapped in pancetta served on a white polenta and truffle cream

Crostata di mele cotogne con panna al tartufo
Apple tart with cream and truffle
