Ferragosto

Come in for a winter harvest of fine biodynamic lamb from Charlie Arnott’s Boorowa farm.

Our friend Charlie has been a long supporter of the Biodynamic movement, using these techniques to nurture his pastures and holding workshops on his farm for local farmers to explore the possibilities for themselves. 

What's special about the occasion?
Charlie will supply his biodynamic lambs, which Anna Maria's Kitchen will use traditional recipes to prepare for you from nose to tail. Charlie will also be with us to celebrate and talk about his passion for his family farming tradition.

Vittorio from Anna Maria's home town will be making house made salumi and salsiccie, including an offal involtini, homemade ragù and arrosti alla Romagnola. As always we will have vegetarian options featuring Kurrawong Organic's sensational greens.
