Join us for a night of Italian cooking, conversation and community with Emiko Davies.
We are thrilled to welcome food writer and cookbook author Emiko Davies to our Osteria on Sunday 10th March 2019 for an exquisite evening, complete with aperitivo, four-course feast, cooking demonstration and Q&A with Barbara Sweeney, food writer and creator of bespoke food events. Emiko is an authority on Tuscan food and life, having spent the last 18 years living in Florence, publishing two best-selling cookbooks, Florentine: The True Cuisine of Florence (March 2016) and Acquacotta (March 2017).
Emiko will share her stories on travel and tortellini in conversation with Barbara before we enjoy a meal, inspired by her latest book, ‘Tortellini at Midnight’. She’ll also demonstrate how to make her favourite pasta, orecchiette, the Florentinian way. Signed copies of her book will be available on the night.
