FESTA DI FERRAGOSTO

Ferragosto is the annual harvest Festival in Italy.
It is celebrated in August and is the one day that all Italians go out to eat.
A sustainable winter feast of our local organic and biodynamic harvest to honour Ferragosto is planned in our banquet hall at Pasta Emilia

ANTIPASTI

Torta di patate con fonduta di formaggio al tartufo
Savoury potato cake served with a cheese fondue and black truffle

Bresaola con parmigiano, riduzione di balsamico e torta fritta

Tortelloni di radicchio e stracchino alla saba

Stracotto di cinghiale al Barbera con polenta morbida
Wild boar slow-cooked in Barbera wine served with soft polenta

Polenta morbida ai porcini e tartufo

DESSERT

Panna cotta alla crema di castagne
Pannacotta with chestnuts cream
