Join our Winter celebration at Osteria Emilia
Enjoy our seasonal recipes highlighting
some of the favourite winter classics from Emilia-Romagna.
Kurrawong Organics fabulous winter crop will be featured in this menu

ANTIPASTI
Bagnacauda: traditional warm dipping sauce for bread and vegetables prepared with house made cultured butter

House made Focaccia served with Lardo, grana
and biodynamic balsamic vinegar reduction

PRIMI
Tortellini in brodo: filled ravioli served in a rich biodynamic meat broth

Vegetarian Cannelloni filled with
Kurrawong Organics brassica and gorgonzola cheese

MAIN
Bolliti misti: a classic northern Italian recipe
consisting of various cuts of beef and veal, cotechino, hen or capon gently simmered for 2–3 hours in an aromatic broth.
The meat is sliced thinly and served with mostarda, salsa verde and puree

OR
Erbazzone: traditional Emilian vegetable pie
filled with Kurrawong Organics greens, caramelised onion and Parmesan cheese

CONTORNI
Roasted vegetables salad

DESSERT
Quince tart served with mascarpone cream
