This year menu will be a celebration of Emilia, homeland of some of the best Italian excellence such us Parma ham, Parmesan cheese, Balsamic vinegar, beautiful handmade fresh pasta and Gutturnio a unique sparkling red wine that is the perfect pairing with our rich menu.
Erbazzone: Traditional Emilian vegetarian pie filled with wild greens, caramelized onions and Parmesan cheese
Crescentine: Traditional Emilian flat bread served with lardo, Parmesan cheese, aged balsamic vinegar and Emilian mix salumi.
Anolini: Handmade Parmesan ravioli served in a rich duck broth
Tortelli: Handmade Pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage
Polpettone: Traditional meat roll filled with herbs and served with roasted potatoes
Baccala: Codfish bocconcini served with fresh seasonal salad
Ciambellone: Traditional cake served with zabaione
