Pasta Emilia is celebrating Australian Truffles throughout the month of July. Anna Eoclidi, in collaboration with Madame Truffles, From their new Sydney Store in Spice Alley Broadway, has created a culinary experience that will follow a trail round the best Australian Truffle farms including our favourite Terra Preta right here in the Southern Highlands.


Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy some of the best truffles during this month with our special Truffle degustation menu and to visit Madame Truffles pop-up shop until the end of August.
