We are excited to announce that Pasta Emilia will host Madame Truffles winter pop up shop 2016 from 23/06 to 07/08.

Madame Truffles is Australia's only specialist truffle retailer.  
For the past five years, the Madame has been selling the widest range of fresh quality truffle (tuber melanosporum) across Australia.

Fresh truffle from WA, TAS, NSW and VIC is showcased in store each week and everyone is welcome to come & sniff out the differences for themselves, from the smoky truffles of Braidwood NSW to the pungent cheesy truffles of Manjimup WA.
Truffles sold at Madame Truffles are harvested fresh each week and the Madame takes great care in choosing her truffles. 

The Madame Truffles pop up shop will offer a wide range of truffle products such as truffle ice cream, truffle honey, truffle salt and of course amazing truffle pasta such as: potato and truffle ravioli and prawns and truffle ravioli.

Pasta Emilia has created a culinary experience that will follow a journey round the best Australian Truffle farms that will be available every Sunday at lunch for the entire period and the highlight will be a great Duck and truffle celebration fixed for Sunday 24th of July.

Throughout the entire period we will celebrate truffle with some special additions to the regular menu such as: Duck and truffle tortelli, Tagliolini with fresh truffle, Potato and truffle ravioli, Prawn and truffle ravioli, Fresh pasta with truffle butter.

Pasta Emilia will celebrate Australian Truffles throughout the entire month of August. Anna Eoclidi, in collaboration with Madame Truffles from Melbourne, has created a culinary experience that will follow a trail round the best Australian Truffle farms. This gastronomic journey will start in Tasmania, go on through Victoria to WA and finish right here in the much loved Terra Petra truffiere in Braidwood NSW. 

Madame Truffles will source for the event some of the highest-quality truffles from Australia. The banquet-style truffle dinner will showcase an assortment of truffles in a wide variety of flavours.

Truffle Degustation week 3

Pasta Emilia will celebrate Australian Truffles throughout the entire month of August. Anna Eoclidi, in collaboration with Madame Truffles from Melbourne, has created a culinary experience that will follow a trail round the best Australian Truffle farms. This gastronomic journey will start in Tasmania, go on through Victoria to WA and finish right here in the much loved Terra Petra truffiere in Braidwood NSW. 

Madame Truffles will source for the event some of the highest-quality truffles from Australia. The banquet-style truffle dinner will showcase an assortment of truffles in a wide variety of flavours. 

Menu week 3

Carpaccio di manzo al tartufo fresco con insalatina di finocchi e rucola

Beef carpaccio with shaved truffle served with rocket and fennel salad (VIC)

Zuppetta di carote viola, patate ed erbette al tartufo

Purple carrots, potatoes and herbs soup with shaved truffle (WA)

Cappellettoni di merluzzo, patate e tartufo con salsa di polenta e verza
