An amazing journey through the secrets of Italian traditional pasta making: the best ingredients, the traditional techniques and the best tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta from scratch.

Learn how to get the best flour mix, enjoy creating your pasta dough and try to stretch the finest pasta sheets to produce different types of pasta.

From filled puffy ravioli, to small and yummy cappelletti, long linguine, twisted strozzapreti, you will see and produce a wide selection of the different shapes and sizes of traditional fresh pasta

Starting time: 10.30 am        
At the end of the class you will enjoy lunch including your own creations taking centre stage in the main course, mixed organic salad, two types of pasta and a complementary glass of organic wine.

What to bring: Home cooking stories, a few food jokes and your favourite apron (Anna has been known to reward special aprons)
